| Abstract: | The principle and characteristics of RAPD molecular marker technique were introduced briefly in this article.Its applications in forage's genetic diversity analysis,phylogenetic relationship study and cultivars and hybrids purity identification of forage were reviewed.Its problems and prospect in the study of herbage were also explained. |
