| 摘 要： | 本文以畜禽复合矿物质预混料生产为例研究了饲料生产企业建立满足ISO/FDIS22000标准要求的饲料安全管理体系的预备步骤与危害分析。通过对体系建立预备信息的收集,组织保证、基础设施和维护方案的确定;危害分析的输入、危害分析等研究,为饲料生产企业建立满足ISO/FDIS22000标准的饲料安全管理体系提供指南。

| Abstract: | The productions of premixing feeds of compound minerals were studied as an example to ravel the prerequisite programs and hazard analysis of feed safety management systems based on ISO/FDIS 22000 standards. The collection of preparatory information, organization guarantee, basic establishments and maintenance scheme were confirmed; hazard analysis and its input were also ascertained. These studies provide a guide for the feeds manufacture to introduce feed safety management systems based on ISO/FDIS 22000 standards. |
