几种豆科牧草的组织培养

豆科牧草以其品质优良，易于栽培，在饲料牧草中占有重要地位。本文通过对苜蓿、红豆草、百脉根、山黧豆和鸡眼草五种豆科牧草的组织培养，初步探索总结了豆科牧草组织培养的一般规律。

TISSUE CULTURE TRIAL ON SEVERAL LEGUME FORAGE SPECIES

Due to the fact that many legume species (in Leguminosae Family),having quite lots of fine quality,are easily to be planted for use in animal and poultry feeding and grazing purposes,thus occupying an important place in scientifical and technological development. Our paper is now probing preliminarily into the tissue culture trial on five legume forage species in most uses,they are,Purple alfalfa ( Medicage sative L.),Common sainfoin ( Onobrychis viciifolia Scop.),Birdsfoot trefoil ( Lotus corniculatus L.),Common roughpea ( Lathyrus sativus L.) and Korean Lespedeza ( Kummerowia stipulacea Makino).The result is worthy to be introduced herewith.
