瑞氏木霉基因组DNA提取方法比较研究

摘    要:采用4种常规DNA提取方法提取瑞氏木霉基因组DNA。结果表明:EDTA-SDS法和冷冻研磨CTAB 法更适合此真菌DNA的提取,试剂盒提取的总DNA纯度和浓度比较高,但是价格昂贵,冷冻研磨SDS法提取的 DNA浓度不高,不适合分子生物学操作的要求。

Abstract:In order to obtain an ideality genomic DNA template for molecule-biology research, Author used four methods to extract genomic DNA From trichoderma, the results showed that:EDTA-SDS method and refrigeration-rubbing CTAB method are suitable to extract gemomic DNA from Trichoderma, kit method extract DNA with high purity and yield but very expensive, refrigeration-rubbing SDS method extract a low yield of DNA not suitable for molecule-biology experiments.
