日粮粗蛋白质和代谢能水平及其互作对黑羽公番鸭生长性能的影响

摘    要:日粮粗蛋白质和代谢能水平及其互作对黑羽公番鸭的生长性能、养分利用率和血液生化指标有重要影响。试验选取21日龄黑羽公番鸭324羽,采用2×3因子设计,随机分为9个处理,每处理设6个重复,每重复6只鸭,分别饲喂3个粗蛋白质水平和3个代谢能水平不同的9种日粮。试验全期28d。结果显示:日粮粗蛋白质和代谢能水平、粗蛋白质与代谢能水平间的互作对21d、35d、42d和49d体重及葡萄糖、甘油三酯、胆固醇白蛋白、总蛋白、尿素氮、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶影响均不显著(P>0.05),但对干物质和能量表观利用率影响极显著(P<0.01);粗蛋白质与代谢能水平间的互作对粗蛋白质表观利用率影响显著(P<0.05)。日粮粗蛋白质和代谢能水平分别为15.0%和11.72MJ/kg时,黑羽公番鸭生长性能、养分利用率和血液生化指标为最佳。

Abstract:This study was designed to investigate the effects of dietary CP and ME and their interaction on growth performance, nutrients availability and blood parameters of black male Muscovy ducks. Three hundred and twenty four 21-day-old black male Muscovy ducks were used in a 2?3 factorial design trial and randomly allocated to 9 groups with 6 replicates of 6 ducks each. The ducks were fed with 15.0%, 17.0% or 19.0% CP and 11.30, 11.72 or 12.13 MJ of ME per kg of dietary. The experiment lasted for 28 days. The results showed as follows; dietary CP and ME levels, as well as the interaction of CP and ME had no significant effects on 21 d, 35 d, 42 d, 49 d body weight (BW), GLU, TG, TC, ALB, TP, BUN, ALT and AST (P>0.05), but had extremely significant effects on availability of dry matter and energy (P<0.01). The interaction of CP and ME had significant effect on availability of CP. At comprehensive consideration of growth performance, nutrients availability and blood parameters, 15.0% and 11.72 MJ/kg as dietary CP and ME levels were adequate for 21~49 days black Muscovy ducks.
