| 摘 要： | 为了解云南省某规模化猪场猪瘟(CSF)、猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征(PRRS)、猪伪狂犬(PR)的免疫水平及感染状态,试验采用酶联免疫吸附测定试剂盒分别对各阶段猪群随机采集130份血清进行三种主要病毒性疾病抗体检测。结果表明,该猪场的猪瘟病毒(CSFV)、猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征病毒(PRRSV)、猪伪狂犬病毒(PRV)野毒的抗体阳性率分别为94.57%、86.96%和0%,猪伪狂犬病防控较好,猪瘟和蓝耳病防控存在一定的问题,应及时调整免疫程序,加强猪场管理,重视生物安全,稳定生产。

| Abstract: | To understand the immunity level and infection status of swine fever(CSF),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)and Pseudorabies(PR)in a pig farm in Yunnan Province,the ELISA kit was used to detect three antibodies of main viral diseases in 130 serum samples at different stages randomly.The results showed that the positive rates of antibody against CSFV,PRRSV and PRV were 94.57%,86.96%and 0%respectively,and the control of PR was well.There were some problems in the prevention and control of CSF and PRRS,so the immunization procedures should be adjusted in time,the management of pig farms should be strengthened,and biosafety should be attached importance so as to stabilize production in the farm. |
