摘    要:为探究集约化生猪养殖过程中不同养殖阶段粪便中金属残留量及其对环境的影响效应。试验选取正常饲养条件下保育、育肥、后备、妊娠和泌乳5个阶段的猪饲料及粪便样品进行了铜、锌、镉、铅、铬、汞和砷等7种常见超标元素的检测和分析。试验表明:不同养殖阶段猪粪便样品中铜、锌含量差异较大,所有样品中均未检出铅、铬、汞、砷等元素,仅在后备和泌乳阶段检出镉,其余样品均未检出。除保育阶段粪便中锌存在超过A级标准(1200 mg/g)风险,但仍在B级标准(3000 mg/kg)限量之内,其余各阶段均不存在超标情况。在本试验条件下,猪饲料中正常添加金属性微量元素,其粪便中金属超标风险较低。

Abstract:In order to explore the effect of metal residue in pig manure on the environment,this study tested and analyzed seven metal(metalloid)elements including copper,zinc,cadmium,lead,chromium,mercury,and arsenic in pig feed and fecal samples from nursery pigs,fattening pigs,reserved pigs,pregnant sows,and lactating sows.The results showed the contents of copper and zinc in the fecal samples of different growth stages were different.Lead,chromium,mercury,arsenic were not detected in all samples.Only one case of Cd was detected in reserved and lactating pigs,no more cases were detected in other samples.The content of zinc in the feces of piglet stage was the only case which exceeded the risk of Level A standard(1200 mg/g),but it was still within the limit of Level B(3000 mg/kg).No similar cases existed in other stages.Under the condition of this experiment,adding certain amount of metals in feed doesn't affect the metal standard in feces and it is controllable.
