反刍畜营养菌剂的研究和机理分析

对“反刍畜营养菌剂”中的组成菌进行了研究，明确了各菌对大气氮的固定，对几种含碳物质的利用、纤维素的分解能力和对实验动物的毒力情况，通过口服菌剂，牦牛羊增重试验证实可以提高增重和在枯草期减少体重下降。对口服菌剂提高牦牛羊营养的机理进行了分析，其基本原理是：口服菌剂后提高细菌在瘤胃的作用固定大气氮，增加氮素营养，提高纤维素的分解利用，使瘤胃中的甲烷合成菌体，降低因气体排出造成的能量损失。
