青海湖裸鲤体重和体尺性状的回归分析

摘    要:对51条青海湖裸鲤体重和体尺性状进行测定,并应用SAS(6.12版)系统软件进行回归性分析。结果表明:Y,(体重)与X1(头重)、X2(鳍重)、X3(躯尾重)、K(肠容物重)之间呈极显著的正相关,其最优回归方程式:总方程:Y1=-2.24390+0.99898X3+1.30604X4(R2=0.9210P〈0.0001),♀:Y1=1.93002+0.88362X3+1.24584X4(R2=0.9198P〈0.0001),♂:Y1=8.97641+1.20310X3(R2=0.9956P〈0.0001)。Y2(体长)与X5(头长)、X6(躯干长)、X7(尾长)之间呈极显著的正相关,其最优回归方程式:♀:Y2=3.62909+2.25776X5+1.10367X7(R2=0.8150P〈0.0032),6:L=0.97145+O.95331X6(R2=0.9534P〈0.0077)。

Abstract:51 Gymnocypris przewalskii were used to determine the body weight and traints of body size and conduct the regression analysis by the software of SAS system(6.12 edition).The results showed that there were a very significant positive correlation between the Y1(body weight)and X1(head weight),X2(fin weight),X3(tail weight),X4(intesties weight).The best regression equation of them were as follows:total equation was Y1=——2.24390+0.99898X3+1.30604X4(R2=0.9210 P<0.0001),♀:Y1=1.93002+0.88362X3+1.24584X4(R2=0.9198 P<0.0001),♂:Y1=8.97641+1.20310X3(R2=0.9956 P<0.0001).There were the very significant positive correlation between Y2(body length)and X5(head length),X6(trunk leugth),X7(tail length).The best regression equation of them were that ♀:Y2=3.62909+2.25776X5+1.10367X7(R2=0.8150 P<0.0032),♂:Y2=0.97145+0.95331X6(R2=0.9534 P<0.0077).
