| 摘 要： | 试验以饲养条件、环境相似的妊娠期黑白花奶牛和萨福克羊为试验材料,随机分为两组,一组一次性颈部肌注,一组分头、臀两点、早晚2次肌注,两组注射剂量相同。免疫接种后,对两组临床观察7d,每隔10d采血一次,每组30份,进行口蹄疫免疫抗体水平检测。结果表明:妊娠牛羊一次性免疫注射免疫应激反应的发生率远高于分点多次注射,而免疫效果差异不显著。

| Abstract: | Experiment was carried out in pregnant black and white cows and safuke sheep.Two groups were divided randomly.One group was injected on neck,another group was injected on head and buttock in morning and evening respectively.After inoculation of 7d,collecting 30 blood samples for each group at each 10d,immunily antibody level was detected.The results showed that immunization rejction of one times response to incident is higher that of two times injection.There is not significant difference in immunity effect... |
