| 摘 要： | 通过正交试验探讨牛羊蹄碱液浸泡脱毛的最佳方案。结果表明：采用２．５％的ＮａＯＨ，在２０℃的条件下浸泡６０ｈ，牛蹄的脱毛效果最好，采用２．０％浓度的柠檬酸中和１２ｈ，可达到理想中和效果：采用１．５％的ＮａＯＨ，在２０℃条件下浸泡４８ｈ，羊蹄毛效果最佳，采用０．５％的柠檬酸中和１２ｈ，中和效果理想。

Study on Technique of Shedding to Beef and SheepHooves Using Method of Soak in Alkaline Solution |

| Abstract: | The best program of shedding to beef and sheep hooves using the method of soak in alkaline solution was probedinto on the basis of the results of orthogonal design. The results showed that the shedding effect to beef hooves was the best bythe method of soak in 2.5％ solution of NaOH for 60h at 20℃ ,and the neutralization effect was optimal in 2.0％ solution ofcitric acid for 12h;that the one to sheep hooves was the best by the method of soak in 1.5％ solution of NaOH for 48h at20℃, and the neutralization effect was optimal in 0.5% solution of citric acid for 12h. |
