自然青贮玉米饲料开窖后微生物菌群的动态变化

摘    要:本试验对青海省乐都区自然青贮玉米开窖后饲料中的微生物进行了检测,本试验是从开窖开始至当年青贮玉米饲料饲喂结束共计285d。检测结果表明:青贮玉米饲料在开窖后的100d内pH值≤4.01,在100~255d pH值≤4.53,255~285d上升幅度较快达到4.92;在开窖后的第30d(8.67×10~5个·g-1)乳酸菌的数量最多,之后随着贮存时间的延长乳酸菌数量呈波浪式的波动,总体呈减少的趋势;酵母菌和霉菌的数量在开窖后的第255d(8.17×10~6个·g-1)最高,随着贮存时间的延长呈增加的趋势;好氧细菌的数量在开窖后的第285d(1.44×10~7个·g-1)最高,随着贮存时间的延长也是呈增加的趋势。

Dynamic changes of microflora of natural silage maize feed after opening silo

Abstract:This experiment detected the microorganism in the silage corn feed of opened silo by the Sensory evaluation under different storage periods in Ledu district, Haidong city, Qinghai Province. The experiment lasted 285d from the opened silo to the end of feeding silage corn feed. The results showed that pH value of the silage corn feed was pH≤4.01 within 100d since opening silo, pH value was pH≤4.53 from 100d to 255d, and pH value reach 4.92 from 255d to 285d. The quantity of lactic acid bacteria is the highest(8.67 ×105 /g)at 30d after opened silo, then the quantity of lactic acid bacteria fluctuated with the prolonging of storage time, tend to /decreasing on the whole. The quantity of yeasts and molds was the highest (8.17 × 106 /g)at 255d ,then the quantity of lactic acid bacteria increases with the extension of storage time. The quantity of aerobic bacteria was highest at 285d (1.44×107 /g) after the opened silo, and increased with the extension of storage time.
