| 摘 要： | 目的在湖南省岳阳县湖沼型血吸虫病流行区的麻塘进行纵向观察,孵化法检测家畜血吸虫的感染率,分析实施查治病畜结合综合治理防治对策后的2001年到2005年血吸虫病防治效果。实施上述防治策略的五年,牛血吸虫感染率控制在3.09%到3.62%,但是,羊血吸虫感染率呈上升趋势。在湖沼型血吸虫病流行区实施查治病畜结合局部地区综合治理防治对策,能使牛血吸虫病感染率控制在4%以下,而要达到阻断血吸虫病标准难度很大。 |

| Abstract: | To understand the epidemiological characteristics and dynamic disciplinarian of schistosomiasis in livestock at the marshland endemic area.Alongitudinal study has been made in Matang pilot,a marshland endemic area,Yueyang country Hunan province.Hathing tests to diagnosis the infection of livestock.Analysis the long-term schistosomiasis control effect of chemotherapy combined with comprehensive control strategy in the area from 2001 to 2005.The result showed that after carrying out the above control measures in the 5 years,the cattle infection rate was controlled between the levels of 3.09% to 3.62%,but the sheep infection rate was increased.The cattle infection rate in the marshland endemic area can be controlled under the level 4% by the chemotherapy combined with comprehensive control strategy,but it is difficult to achieve the criterion of schistosomiasis interdiction |
