| 摘 要： | 该文报告了在湖北省武穴、蕲春、浠水、团风、黄梅、黄州６ 县血吸虫病流行区，采用斑点酶联技术（Ｄｏｔ－ＥＬＩＳＡ）检测耕牛的血吸虫、捻转血矛线虫、伊氏锥虫、肝片吸虫，并与病原学检查法比较，结果阳性符合率分别为９７．８％ 、９５．５％ 、９４．３％ 和９７．３％ 。说明Ｄｏｔ－ＥＬＩＳＡ 有实际应用意义和价值，且方法快速，简便。

| Abstract: | This paper recorded that the Dot ELISA was used in detection of Schistosomula,Haemonchus contortus,Trypanosoma evansi,Fasiola hepatica of cattle in the schistosomiasis endemic area of Wuxue,Qichun,Xishui,Tuanfeng,Huangmei,Huangzhou in Hubei Provine. It was compared with pathogenetic detective method.In the result,the positive conformity rates are 97.8%,95.5%,94.3% and 97.3%,respectively.The result showed that this procedure has practical significance and value,it is a rapid and facile method. |
