摘    要:将4周龄淮南麻黄鸡80羽随机平均分成4组:口鼻接种组、皮下接种组、肌肉接种组和空白对照组,分别用不同稀释度的NDV攻毒,观察攻毒结果并统计死亡情况。结果不同攻毒途径的致病性有差异,肌肉注射致病性最强,皮下注射次之,滴鼻滴口最弱。不同攻毒途径所需的攻毒剂量各不相同,滴鼻滴口所需的剂量最大,皮下注射次之,肌肉注射量最小。本文对造成不同攻毒途径致病性差异的原因进行了深入探讨。人工诱发新城疫,建议采用注射途径。

Abstract:The aims of this study were to select proper dosage and routes of infection that can make the chickens artificially infect Newcastle Disease (ND) successfully. Method: 4-week-old huai nan spotted-brown chickens were randomly divided into four groups with the same number (20/group): oral/nasal dropping (O.N group); subcutaneous injection (S.C. group); intramuscular injection (I.M. group) Another 20 chickens were blank control (C. group). Each chicken was challenged with the same volume of different dilutions of NDV. The infection routes were as following: O.N group: drop through oral/nasal; S.C. group: inject subcutaneously; I.M. group: inject intramuscularly. Mortality of each group was recorded. Result:The pathogenic of NDV was differed by different infection routes. It's stronger with I.M than that with S.C and I.M, It's weaker with S.C than that with I.M but stronger than that with O.N, That with O.N was the weakest. So that different NDV dosages were needed with different infection routes. I.M needs small amount of NDV, S.C needs more amount of E.coli, and O.N needs much more amount of NDV. Injection is more proper than oral/nasal dropping in making the chickens artificially infect ND successfully. In addition, the possible reasons that caused the different pathogenic of NDV by different infection routes were analyzed in this paper.
