| 摘 要： | 本文对山东省12个地市58个鸡群传染性贫血的流行情况进行了调查,共检测了368份血清样品,蛋鸡群、肉鸡群和种鸡群的鸡传染性贫血病毒(CAV)ELISA抗体检出率分别为91.7%、77.6%和84.78%,平均抗体阳性率为83.2%,结果表明近几年山东省鸡群中CAV感染相当普遍,而且蛋鸡和种鸡抗体阳性率明显高于肉鸡群。

| Abstract: | A serological survey on the prevalence of chicken anaemia virus(CAV)infection was carried out at58farms in12areas of shandong province.A total of368chicken serum samples collected from1998to2001were subjected to an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)to test for anti-CAV.Most of flocks were found to be positive for anti-CAV antibodies(average positive rate was83.2%),and the pos-itive rates of antibody in laying hen,broiler and breeder were91.7%?77.6%and84.78%respectively.These findings indicated that CAV was widespread in chicken populations of shandong province,and the rate of seropositivity of commercial chicken was smaller than that of laying hen and breeder. |
