苜蓿叶蛋白的提取及深加工技术

摘    要:苜蓿为多年生豆科植物,其茎叶丰富、营养全面、蛋白质含量高,是提取叶蛋白的理想原料。通过将新鲜苜蓿嫩茎叶粉碎、压榨后,经离心分离从汁液中提取出粗蛋白,再进行干燥处理即得到苜蓿叶蛋白,并对产品的用途以及加工后的剩余残渣的综合利用进行了展望。

Abstract:Alfalfa is the perennial leguminous plant with rich stem leaf,comprehensive nutrition,high protein content,so it is an ideal raw material for withdrawing the leaf protein.After fresh alfalfa tender stem and leaf was smashed and squeezed,raw proteins were extracted and isolated by centrifugation,then dried to gain the aim proteins.In the article,its usage and the comprehensive utilization of surplus residual was reviewed.
