大鲵人工繁殖的关键因素

大鲵(Andrias davidianus)是我国特有的珍稀濒危物种,其人工繁殖率低,其中,主要原因有:大鲵雌雄性腺发育不同步、性腺发育成熟率低、精子活力差以及催产率、受精率和孵化率不高等。对大鲵人工繁殖过程中的主要制约因子进行分析,提出制约大鲵人工繁殖率的关键因素是水温、水流、光照和饵料,并结合安徽省黄山市休宁县珍稀水生动物研究所2002—2010年的大鲵人工繁殖实践提出了具体参数,以期为大鲵人工繁殖技术的研究和实践提供参考。
