摘    要:为了研究复合酶对羔羊生长性能的影响,选择2.5月龄断奶羔羊60只,按体重随机分成3组,包括1个对照组和2个试验组,各组采用相同的饲养方式,饲喂相同的基础日粮,试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ的基础日粮中分别添加0.1%、0.2%的复合酶。结果表明,试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ平均日增重比对照组分别提高10.90%和13.02%,差异显著(P<0.05);料肉比试验组Ⅱ低于对照组和试验组Ⅰ,差异显著(P<0.05);对照组与试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ间血清尿素氮、甘油三酯差异不显著(P>0.05),试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ的血糖、总蛋白、总胆固醇显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。该试验从3组的饲喂效果分析,以试验组Ⅱ效果最佳。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the effect of dietary supplementation of compound enzyme on growth performance of lamb, a total of 60 2.5-month-old weaned lambs were selected and randomly divided into three groups according to their weight, including a control group and two experimental groups. All of the groups were reared under the same feeding condition and fed with the same basal diet. The experimental groupⅠand Ⅱ received addition of 0.1% and 0.2% compound enzyme in basal diet, respectively. The results showed that compared to the control group, the average daily gain of the experimental groupⅠand Ⅱ was elevated by 10.90%(P <0.05) and 13.02%(P <0.05), respectively;the experimental group Ⅱ had significantly lower feed -gain ratio compared to the control group and experimental groupⅠ(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in contents of serum urea nitrogen and triglyceride between control group and the two experimental groups (P>0.05);the significantly higher contents of blood sugar, total protein and total cholesterol were observed in the two experimental groups compared to the control group (P< 0.05). Collectively, the experimental groupⅡ(dietary supplementation of 0.2% compound enzyme) showed the best feeding effect in lambs.
