青海省海北州畜牧业现状与发展思路

从2007年起青海省海北州继续以农牧业增效、农牧民增收为目标，认真组织实施各项畜牧业生产措施，使全州畜牧业生产保持了又好又快的发展。为了进一步推进海北州畜牧业的健康、可持续发展，建议该地区继续推进国家级和省级产业园、科技示范园创建工作，推动藏羊、牦牛、饲草产业化进程；突出抓好藏羊、牦牛、饲草等特色产业，做大做强“名优特”新品牌；深化大数据在畜牧业生产、经营、管理和服务等方面的创新应用；加强与科研院校产学研合作，重点做好“草、畜、种”等领域科技成果转化及推广工作：抓好疫病防控和产品质量安全。

Status of Animal Husbandry Industry and Development Ideas in Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province

Since 2007, Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province has continued to aim at increasing the efficiency of agriculture and animal husbandry and the income of farmers and herdsmen, and conscientiously organized and implemented various measures in animal husbandry production. Through these measures, livestock production has maintained a sound and fast development. In order to further promote the healthy and sustainable development of animal husbandry in this region, it is suggested that this region continue to promote the establishment of national and provincial industrial parks as well as science and technology demonstration parks, promote the industrialization of Tibetan sheep, yaks and forage grass to make these famous, outstanding and special brands bigger and stronger, deepen the innovative application of big data in animal husbandry production, operation, management and service, strengthen cooperation with scientific research institutes, especially in focus on the transformation and promotion of scientific and technological achievements in the fields of grass, livestock and seed production, and do a goodjob in livestock epidemic diseases prevention and control and product quality and safety.
