| 摘 要： | 乳酸菌属于兼性厌氧性革兰阳性菌,可产生乳酸、酶等多种活性因子,具有维持肠道内菌群平衡、提高机体免疫力、促进营养物质吸收等多种功能,是当前作为动物饲料添加剂最受关注及应用最广泛的益生菌之一。概述了乳酸菌的生物学特性及其在动物营养中的应用,旨在为动物营养的试验研究和生产实践提供一定的科学理论依据。

Application and Research Progress of Lactic Acid Bacteria in Animal Nutrition：a Review |

| Abstract: | Lactic acid bacteria（LAB） belong to the gram positive and facultative anaerobic bacteria, which can produce lactic acid, digestive enzymes and other active factors. These factors are able to maintain the balance of intestinal flora, improve the immunological function of host, and promote the digestive efficiency of nutrients. Therefore, LAB has become a common microbial feed additive and is widely used in animal production. This article summarizes the biological characteristics of LAB and introduces its application in animal nutrition, in hoping to provide theoretical basis for the experimental research and production practice of animal nutrition. |
