瑞香狼毒涂搽剂急性毒性及对皮肤刺激性试验

目的]观察瑞香狼毒涂搽剂的急性毒性与外用药的安全性。方法]采用小白鼠急性经口毒性试验方法及根据GB15670—1995《农药登记毒理学试验方法》,对家兔进行皮肤、眼部刺激性试验。结果]瑞香狼毒涂搽剂急性经口毒性的LD50为894.4mg/kg,皮肤刺激得分均小于0.49,急性眼刺激得分指数最高为2.1。结论]瑞香狼毒涂搽剂为低毒、对皮肤无刺激性、对眼部轻微刺激的制剂,外用安全。

Acute Toxicity Evaluation and Skin Irritation Testing for a Pharmaceutical Liniment Prepared with Stellera chamaejasme

Objective]To assess the acute toxicity and safety of the external use of a pharmaceutical liniment prepared with Stellera chamaejasme.Methods]Acute oral toxicity testing was conducted with mice;the skin and eye irritation testing was carried out with rabbits according to the national standard GB 15670-1995"Pesticide registration toxicology test method".Results]The acute oral LD50 of the pharmaceutical liniment was 894.4 mg/kg;the score of skin irritation was all below 0.49,and the highest score of acute eye irritation was 2.1.Conclusion]The pharmaceutical liniment prepared with Stellera chamaejasme is a safe external use preparation with low toxicity,non-skin irritation and slight-eye irritation.
