乙酰氨基阿维菌素乳剂HPLC含量检测方法的建立

目的]建立高效液相色谱法测定乙酰氨基阿维菌素乳剂含量的方法。方法]采用C18（150×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱，以乙腈-水（70：30）为流动相，流速为1．0mL/min，检测波长为245nm，进样量为20μL，柱温为25℃。结果]乙酰氨基阿维菌素在0．1～20μg/mL浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系，标准曲线方程为C=1．6015A-0．00206，r=1．000（n=5），该方法的RSD在0．72％～1．40％，平均回收率在96．5％～100．5％。结论]该方法灵敏度高、准确度高、重现性好、简便快速，可用于乙酰氨基阿维菌素乳剂和其他剂型的质量控制。

Establishment of a HPLC Method for Determination of Eprinomectin Content in an Emulsion Preparation of Eprinomectin

Objective] To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method for the determination of eprinomectin content in an emulsion preparation of eprinomectin. Methods] The chromatographic column was C18 （150×4.6 mm, 5 μm）, mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （70：30）, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength was 245 nm, injection volume was 20 μL, and column temperature was 25 ℃. Results] Eprinomectin showed a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 0.1-20 μg/mL. The standard curve equation was C=1.6015A-0.00206, r=l.000 （n=5）, RSD of the method was between 0.72% and 1.40%, and the average recovery was between 96.5% and 100.5%. Conclusion] This method has the advantages of high sensitivity and accuracy, good reproducibility, simplicity and rapidity, and can be used for the quality control of emulsion and other preparations of eprinomectin.
