高校内部教学评估探讨

高校内部教学评估作为保证教学质量和迎接外部评估的最基础环节，日益受到重视，作者从校内教学评估中宣传动员、评估组织、教师评价、评估建设几个关键环节，探讨如何建立健全高校内部教学评估机制，提高其科学性、可操作性和实效性，最终提高高校教学质量。

SOME ISSUES TO BE CONSIDERED IN INSIDE TEACHING EVALUATION IN UNIVERSITIES

As a basic link in guaranteeing teaching quality in universities and preparing for the coming evaluation from outside, inside teaching evaluation has received increasing attention. This paper analyzes several links in the inside teaching evaluation carried out in Yunnan Agricultural University and, based on that, discusses how to develop a mechanism for inside teaching evaluation or improve it, how to make it more scientific, operational and effective, and how to use it as a guide for the improvement of teaching quality.
