| 摘 要： | 贯彻“以人为本”思想是教学适应新形势、新环境和新条件的根本要求，也是教学改革的内在需要和经验总结。文中以教学关系、学生发展、人文意识与关怀等方面为切入点，从多角度、多层次解读以人为本的教育理念，试图使学校教育为学生发展创造一个良好的氛围。

| Abstract: | Implementing ＂people-oriented＂ teaching idea is to adapt to the new situation and new environment and new conditions of the fundamental requirements of the teaching reform, which is the internal needs and experience of teaching reform. This paper made a multi-angle, multi-level interpretation on people-centered educational philosophy from the relationship between teaching, student development, cultural awareness and concern for the entry point, etc. |
