| 摘 要： | 劳务派遣在国外已比较成熟,在我国却是近年来新兴的劳动关系形式,发展势头迅猛,褒贬不一。发挥其积极方面,改善其消极方面,构建我国新型的和谐劳动关系,促进企业、劳动者和社会的共同发展,已成为目前亟待解决的课题。

| Abstract: | Labor dispatching is well developed overseas, while in our country this new employment relationship only came out not long ago. Its rapid development in the country has had both pros and cons. It has now become an urgent need to promote its positive aspects and overcome its negative aspects, construct a new type of harmonious labor relationship and accelerate the codevelopment of the enterprises, the workers and the community. |
