| 摘 要： | 目的检测Smad4在胃癌组织及其相应正常胃粘膜组织中的表达分布,并分析其与胃癌患者临床病理学特征之间的关系。方法选取39例经外科手术切除及组织病理学证实的胃癌患者癌组织标本及相应正常胃粘膜组织,应用冰冻切片免疫组化染色方法,在蛋白水平进行检测。结果正常胃粘膜细胞浆中都有Smad4阳性表达,39例胃癌患者癌组织中22例有Smad4阳性表达(56.4%),两者之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。Smad4蛋白的表达与癌细胞的分化程度及浸润程度相关,分化程度越低、浸润程度越重,其阳性表达率越低(P<0.05);而Smad4蛋白的表达与年龄、性别、TNM分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移无相关性。结论Smad4的表达下降与胃癌的发生有关,而且与癌细胞的分化程度及浸润程度密切相关,Smad4可能作为胃癌诊断和预后的分子标志。
