基于DEA模型的我国农业生产效益评估

运用DEA模型对我国31个地区的农业生产效率进行综合评价，发现2007年我国农业生产投入相对有效地区只有10个，其中生产投入冗余表现在生产性固定资产的应用、农作物播种面积、农业机械总动力。而农业有效灌溉面积和农业财政则存在投入缺口。

Appraisal of Agricultural Production Efficiency in China Based on DEA Model

The DEA （data envelopment analysis） model was used to conduct appraisal of the efficiency of agricultural production of 31 provinces and municipalities in China and finds out that only in 10 of them the agricultural production inputs in 2007 was relatively effective. Redundancy of production inputs was mainly expressed in production inputs fixed assets, sown area of farm crops and total driving force for agricultural machinery. On the other hand, shortage existed in efficiently irrigated area and fiscal investment to support agriculture performance.
