| 摘 要： | 新时代，大学生思想政治教育面临新挑战，尤其是教育方法需要革命性变革。“欣赏式激励”作为一种全新方法迎合了时代需求。笔者以为，它作为柔性教育方法将成为21世纪主要的思想教育理念之一。文中提出“欣赏式激励”教育理念，对其内涵、价值和运用进行了分析和阐释。

| Abstract: | There is a tendency that political and ideological education for students in institutions of higher learning is encountering new challenges, the teaching method needs revolutionarily innovating. In order to meet the demands of the society this paper puts forward the ＂appreciative encouragement＂ to construct the teaching method for political and ideological education, of which the definition, features, value and application are discussed in detail. |
