上海地区苜蓿干草主要营养成分分析

摘    要:对上海地区4个牧场7批苜蓿干草的主要营养成分分析表明,平均干物质含量,粗蛋白,粗脂肪、粗灰分,中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维分别为91.45%、18.60%、2.85%、10.11%、44.35%和31.38%,钙、磷、镁、钾、钠和氯含量分别为1.62%、0.25%、0.31%、1.61%、0.15%和0.61%,微量元素硒,锌,,铜和锰含量分别为0.12ppm,25ppm,456ppm、9ppm和39ppm,经计算,总可消化养分和产奶净能(3倍于维持水平)分析另58.34%,和1.38Mcal/kg。结果显示,,总可消化养分和产奶净能较多,但微量元素硒普遍缺乏。

Abstract:A general analysis about 7 alfalfa hay samples from 4 dairy farms in Shanghai area were developed. The results showed that the contents of DM, CP, EE, CAsh, NDF and ADF were91.45%, 18.60%, 2.85%, 10.11%, 44.35% and 31.38% respectively. In samples, the contents of Ca, P, Mg, K, Na and Cl were 1.62%, 0.25%, 0.31%, 1.61%, 0.15% and 0.61% respectively and microelements such as Se, Zn, Fe, Cu and Mn were 0.12ppm, 25ppm, 456ppm, 9ppm and 39ppm respectively. The TDN and NEL3x, calculated from experimental data, were 58.34% and 1.38 Meal/kg respectively. Although TDN and NEL3x were abundant in alfalfa hay inShanghai area it indicated that Selenium was absent.
