摘    要:本文阐述了婴儿配方奶粉中强化DHA和AA对非母乳喂养婴儿营养的重要性,同时通过加速实验讨论了添加DHA、AA的婴儿配方奶粉在保质期内DHA和AA含量、表面油、过氧化值和滋气味的变化情况,综合上述各指标分析DHA和AA在婴儿配方奶粉中稳定性。

Abstract:This article describes the infant milk powder of DHA and AA on non-breastfeeding and infant nutrition,while speeding up the experiment discusses the infant formula milk powder of add DHA,AA in DHA and AA content,surface peroxide value of oil,and smell,comprehensive the above-mentioned indicators analysis DHA and AA in infant formula milk powder stability.
