复方微量元素注射液对高原型藏羊淋巴细胞增殖的影响

摘    要:为了探讨微量元素对高原型藏羊细胞免疫功能的影响,并筛选出增强藏羊细胞免疫的复方微量元素制剂的最佳剂量,笔者开展了本试验。将体重为13kg±1kg的高原型藏羊随机分成I组(对照组)、II组(低剂量组)、III组(中剂量组)、IV组(高剂量组),分别按0、0.1、0.2、0.4mL/kg肌肉注射复方微量元素制剂,并用MTT法测定注射后0、15、30、45、60d藏羊血清中的淋巴细胞增殖率。结果显示:与对照组相比,各试验组的淋巴细胞增殖率均显著或者极显著升高(P0.05或P0.01),说明复方微量元素制剂可显著提高高原型藏羊的细胞免疫功能,其中中剂量组(0.2mL/kg)的效果最好。

Effects of Trace Element Compound Injection on Lymphocyte Proliferation of Plateau Tibetan Sheep

Abstract:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of trace element compound injection on cellular immune function and to select the optimal dose. 24 Plateau type of Tibetan sheep (weight of 13kg±1 kg) were randomly divided into four groups: Ⅰ group (control group), Ⅱ group ( low dose group ), Ⅲ group ( middle dose group ), Ⅳ group ( high dose group ), each group was given intramuscular injection of trace element compound injection with 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.4mL/kg body weight respectively. Blood samples were drawn at the day before injecting (recorded as 0 d ), after 15 d, 30 d, 45 d, 60 d, and lymphocyte proliferation rates were measured. The results showed that lymphocyte proliferation rates of the low-dose group and high dose group were higher than that of the control group( P〈0.05 ). Lymphocyte proliferation rate of middle-dose group was extremely significant higher during all the experiment groups (P〈0.01). The conclusion was that trace element compound injection could improve cellular immune function of the Plateau Tibetan sheep significantly, and the middle dose group (0.2mL/kg) was the best.
