| 摘 要： | 采用外周学淋巴细胞培养方法和常规染色体分析技术，对青海地区的梅花鹿染色体进行了研究，结果显示：梅花鹿二倍体染色体数目Ｚｎ ＝ ６４ ，６５，６６ ，６８；染色体总臂数ＮＦ＝７０ 。
