| 摘 要： | 以ＳＰＦ鸡抗新城疫病毒ＩｇＧ为包被抗体，兔抗ＮＤＶ ｖｅｒｏ细胞培养纯化毒ＩｇＧ为第二抗体，酶标记羊抗兔ＩｇＧ为指示抗体，建立了检测ＮＤＶ的间接夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ，并分别以兔抗ＮＤＶ鸡胚毒纯化ＨＮ糖蛋白，Ｆ糖蛋白ＩｇＧ为第二抗体进行了比较试验，并对攻毒鸡外分泌物样品进行了病原检测。

| Abstract: | A modification of the indirect sandwich enzyme-Linked immunosorbent assay (IS-ELISA) is described for rapid detection of the antigen of Newcastle disease virus(NDV) by using tie antibody (5ug/ml)of SPF chick against NDV as capture, the antiserum(1:200)of rabbit antipurified NDV which wes reproduced with Vero cell as the second antibody,and the goat anti-rabbit IgG (1:5000)conjugated with peroxidasc as indicator.And then compared test was performed with the rabbit anti-HN or anti-F glycoprotein of NDV as the second antibody respectively.An application for the detecting of the vitro secretion of infected chick is atso described. |
