猪活体胆汁引流技术的改进

采用体外环接法进行猪活体胆汁引流，麻醉方法采取氯胺酮、安定静脉注射全身麻醉；切口方式上采取“T”型切口方式；在术后护理方式上采取单猪单圈、自由活动和采食，并应用自制引流袋进行胆汗引流。结果表明：氯胺酮、安定复合麻醉安全、确实，“T”型切口可以充分暴露胆总管插管部位，使插管过程方便、安全。所采用的术后护理和引流方式比较简便，对动物的影响较小。

The Improvements on Biliary Drainage Method in Living Pig

A new method of drainage was used in this study.During the experiment,dazepmn and ketamine were used through mainlining to anesthesia the pig;T-shape Incision was adopted;atter operation,one pig was in a single pigpen,freely acting and eating;and a new container of the drainaged bile was used,which were made by myself.The result shows:this method of anesthesia was safe;the intubation's place of choledochus could be completely exposed.So it was convenient and safe to intubatton.The care atter operation and the drainage method were more convenient,and had few efeet on the pig.
