大白猪雌激素受体和卵泡刺激素β基因群体继代选择效果及其对繁殖性能的影响

摘    要:为了对正邦核心群与红星核心群种猪进行雌激素受体(ESR)和卵泡刺激素(FSH)β基因的多态性分析以及各世代繁殖性能的测定,试验采用PCR-RFLP技术,并结合开放式群体继代选育法与多点核心群选育法开展高产仔大白猪新母系的选育。结果表明:通过5个世代的选种,使高产仔大白猪新母系的繁殖性能指标达到第1胎窝总产仔数为(10.94±0.11)头,进展为9.73%;窝产活仔数为(10.66±0.12)头,进展为13.23%;初生窝重为(12.98±0.13)kg,进展为28.13%;21日龄窝重为(54.31±0.89)kg,进展为18.04%。说明提高了有利于产仔基因的频率。

Group selection in successive generations of ESR and FSH beta gene and its effect on the reproductive performance of Large White population

Abstract:The polymorphisms of ESR and FSH beta genes of Large White pigs were analyzed by PCR-RFLP technology.Combined with open selection in successive generations and the selection of core group with multiple spots in ZhengBang and Red Star company’s core group,the selection of high reproductive strain of Large White sows was carried out,and the reproductive performance of different generations was tested in its core group.The results showed that through five generations breeding selected,the performance of the strain from the Large White sow had come to a significant result in this research.The total number of litters was(10.94±0.11)in the first breeding stage,advanced 9.73% than before.And the number of live litters was(10.66±0.12),13.23% than before.And the birth weight was(12.98±0.13)kg in each litter,advanced 28.13%.And 21-day litter weight was(54.31±0.89)kg,advanced 18.04%.It has improved the frequency of beneficial genes on reproduction.
