| 摘 要： | 为了解楚雄州部分地区的猪瘟免疫情况,利用酶联免疫法(ELISA)对楚雄市、南华县和禄丰县随机采取的393份血清进行猪瘟抗体检测,并对各县(市)的调查数据加以比较,了解猪瘟在楚雄州部分地区的免疫情况。结果显示,楚雄州部分地区均有较高的猪瘟抗体阳性率,各县(市)的猪瘟抗体阳性率都在80%以上,有的县(市)猪瘟抗体甚至达到了100%。说明楚雄州部分地区的猪瘟免疫效果较好,猪瘟免疫成功。

| Abstract: | To investigate the epidemic situation of rabbit hemorrhagic disease （RHD） in the Three Gorges reservoir area, a total of 32 suspected RHD pathogenic samples were collected from 20 rabbit farms in Kaixian, Shizhu, Yubei, and other demonstration counties for raising rabbits. The hemagglutinatian assay （HA） and hemagglutination inhibition assay （HIA） were used to detect the pathogenic samples. The results showed that four strains of rabbit haemorrhagic disease virus （RHDV） were detected, the positive rate was 12.5%, and the HA titers were 8-12 log2 ; the hemagglutination of the four Strains of RHDV could be inhibited by the antiserum of RHDV vaccine strain （ AV33 ）. In the case of the widely used RHD vaccine, there was no pandemic RHD in the Three Gorges reservoir area, but there were still sporadic RHD, Therefore, veterinary epidemic prevention departments and rabbit farms should high attention to the ease. |
