北京市奶牛粪污管理及资源化利用技术现状

粪污管理是奶牛养殖业的重要环节,在奶业可持续发展中举足轻重。北京是人口密集的国际化大都市,乳制品供应需求与养殖用地、污染排放、畜禽粪污的土地消纳之间的矛盾突出,在大型都市农业发展过程中具有典型性和示范性。本文以北京市为例,总结了当前牧场奶牛粪污管理的技术和方法,结合实验室前沿研究,对奶牛粪污的微藻处理和水热转化等高值化转化技术进行介绍,以期为大型都市的粪污管理和养殖业可持续发展提供借鉴和参考。

Present Situation of Dairy Cow Manure Management and Resource Utilization Technology in Beijing

Fecal pollution management is the key link of dairy farming and plays an important role in the sustainable development of dairy industry. Beijing is a densely populated international metropolis. The contradiction between the supply and demand of dairy products and the land consumption of breeding and pollution discharge is prominent,which is typical and exemplary in the process of agricultural development in large cities. Taking Beijing as an example,this paper summarizes the current technologies and methods of dairy cow manure management. Combined with the frontier research in the laboratory,this paper introduces the high-value transformation technologies such as microalgae treatment and hydrothermal transformation of cow manure,in order to provide reference for the management of manure and the sustainable development of aquaculture in large cities.
