| 摘 要： | 我国目前已经在牛肉溯源性管理体系的实施方面进行了有益的探索,但是仍然存在许多关键问题亟待解决。本文通过对牛肉溯源体系建设中存在的问题进行分析后,在管理法规建立、编码设计、软硬件平台建设、标准系统应用和系统集成等方面提出了有针对性的解决措施,从而为我国牛肉质量安全控制提供参考。
