| 摘 要： | 通过调查吉林市城区私屠滥宰现象存在的情况,分析产生私屠滥宰现象的原因和危害,提出遏止和打击私屠滥宰现象的有效措施。巩固吉林市"放心肉"工程业已取得的丰硕成果,确保广大市民食用放心、满意、安全的动物源性食品。
