| 摘 要： | 本试验于2003年4月13日开始，随机选择6只萨福克肉羊作为供体；当地普通绵羊30只作为受体。分为2组进行诱导发情处理和超排处理，A组供体3只，诱导发情率66．7％(2／3)；受体15只，诱导发情率93．3％(14／15)。B组供体3只，诱导发情率100％(3／3)；受体15只，诱导发情率100％(15／15)。从6只供体中获得有效胚胎19枚，移植妊娠率68．4％(13／19)。

| Abstract: | 6 Suffolk were used as donors and 30 local sheep as recipients at 13/4.2003. They were parted into two groups. The rate of eatrus inducted at A groups is 66.7%(donors.2/3)and 93.3%( recipients ,14/15).The rate of B group is 100% (donor 3/3)and 100%( recipients ,15/15).19 useful embryos were obtained from 6 donors. 19 recipients were tranfered. The rate of pregnaucy is 68.4%(13/19). |
