| 摘 要： | 雪灾是影响我国北方草原牧区畜牧业发展的重要因子,如何准确评价雪灾对牧区造成的影响并及时援救,最大限度地减少灾区的经济损失,是一个十分迫切的问题.为此总结了国内外牧区雪灾遥感监测的现状,分析了卫星遥感系统在草地雪灾监测方面的应用及存在的问题,提出了雪灾遥感监测的原理及技术路线,为进一步做好牧区抗灾救灾及草地畜牧业持续发展决策的研究提供科学依据.

| Abstract: | Snow disaster is an important factor influencing animal husbandry in winter in the north China. How to evaluate the results of snow disaster area accurately and rescue in time in order to decrease the economic loss is a very urgent issue. This report summarized the present condition of snow disaster monitoring in pastoral areas using remote sensing technology at home and abroad, analyzed the application and existed problems in the aspects of grassland snow disaster monitoring by satellite remote sensing system, and put forward the principle and technique routes in snow disaster monitoring using remote sensing. It offers the scientific base for the further research on disaster relief and the sustainable development decision-making in grassland and animal husbandry. |
