| 摘 要： | 将8只绵羊随机分为试验组和对照组,每天按10 g/kg饲喂黄花棘豆Oxytropis ochrantha鲜草,同时试验组投服疯草灵解毒缓释丸3丸,对照组不投服,以探索疯草灵解毒缓释丸对绵羊黄花棘豆中毒的预防作用.结果表明:对照组在试验第16-21天出现黄花棘豆中毒症状,试验组在试验第50-72天出现黄花棘豆中毒症状;实验室结果为2组羊血清谷草转氨酶(SGOT)、血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性、尿素氮(BUN)含量比试验前明显升高(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).表明投服3丸疯草灵解毒缓释丸对绵羊黄花棘豆中毒具有预防作用,但还不能完全防止黄花棘豆对绵羊肝脏和肾脏等组织器官的损害.

| Abstract: | Eight sheep were divided into treatment and control group and fed with 10 g/kg fresh Oxytropis ochrantha.The treatment group was also fed 3 bolus of "Fengcaoling".The results showed that toxicity symptom started 16-21 d after for control group and 50-72 d after for treatment.The SGOT, AKP activity,and BUN content increased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01),which indicated that 3 bolus of "Fengcaoling" was effective to prevent sheep suffering from O.ochrantha toxicity but could not prevent the damage in sheep liver and kidney. |
