论甘南高原生态建设与可持续发展战略

简述了甘南高原区的自然地理特点，分析了甘南高原区的主要生态环境问题及其成因；指出甘南高原的生态地位十分重要，其生态环境严重恶化的状况已直接威胁到本区域乃至黄河、长江流域社会经济的可持续发展，大力开展生态保护与生态建设已刻不容缓，提出了甘南高原区生态保护、生态建设与可持续发展的对策建议。

On ecological protection, ecological construction and sustainable development of south Gansu plateau

Located in the southwest of Gansu province and the eastern edge of Qinhai Tibetan plateau, south Gansu (Gannan) plateau is a unique geographic unit of Gansu province, and has very important ecological status. With the increase of population, the development of livestock husbandry, the global warming, and the lack of protection and construction of the meadow ecosystem, a number of serious eco environmental problems have occurred in recent years. The serious and speedy degradation of the meadow ecosystem has a greatly harmful effect on the socioeconomic sustainable development of this area and even the watersheds of the Yangze and the Yellow rivers. It is very urgent to protect and construct the meadow ecosystem of this region. The authors put forward some measurements and advices for the protection and construction of the meadow ecosystem and its sustainable development of south Gansu plateau.
