NaCl胁迫下5种牧草种子萌发的比较研究

摘    要:对碱茅、黑麦草、野大麦、盐爪爪、碱蓬等5种耐盐及盐生牧草种子在浓度为0、21、66、110、155、200、267、334和445mmol/LNaCl溶液中的萌发进行了研究,分别观测盐溶液对发芽率、发芽指数、相对子叶长和胚根长等萌发指标扔影响。结果表明:盐胁迫下,5个种的发芽率均随盐分浓度的增加而显著下降(P〈0.01),5个咱在NaCl溶液中萌发的临界浓度分别为267、220、80、267和16

Abstract:The relative germination percentage, germination index, relative radicle and cotyledon length were tested to determine the effects of NaCl stress at 0,21,66,110,155,200,267,334,445 mmol/L on seed germination of 5 forage species. The results showed that the germination percentage of all 5 species decreased with increasing of NaCl concentration. The critical salt concentration on germination of Puccinellia tenuiflora, Lolium perenne, Hordeum brevisubulatum, Kalidium gracile, Suaeda salsa was 267,220,80,267,166 mmol/L, respectively. Salt affected on growth of radicle greater than that did on growth of cotyledon and it had different effects on germination percentage and the growth of radicle or cotyledon. The salt tolerance of seed should be considered based on several germination indexes.
