新疆乌昌地区牧民定居现状与新牧区建设方案

对新疆乌昌地区牧民定居现状进行了介绍,并据此做了系统分析,从牧民定居工程进展、饲草料生产能力、草场利用制度、牧民定居后的效益4个方面揭示了当前牧民定居中存在的突出问题.并结合当前开展的新农村建设,提出了乌昌地区新牧区建设的目标、牧民定居点建设、养殖小区建设、饲草料基地建设、草地生态建设方面的建设方案,使牧民定居和新农村建设结合起来,为新疆乌昌地区牧民定居提供理论依据.

Current situation and solutions of herdsman settlement in Urumqi and Changji areas of Xinjiang

The status of herdsman settlement in Urumqi and Changji areas was analyzed and the crucial problems of herdsmen settlement in terms of four aspects,including the progress of settlement project,forage production capacity,grassland utilization system and economic efficiency after herdsman settlement were revealed.Combining with the ongoing new rural construction work,the solutions on the object of the new pastoral areas construction,herdsman settlement arrangement,forage production base construction,grassland ecosystem construction were provided in this paper.
