紫花苜蓿生物活性成分研究进展

摘    要:分别介绍了紫花苜蓿Medicago sativa中的几类生物活性成分的研究进展.近年来研究表明,紫花苜蓿的茎、叶中含有50余种营养素及未知生长因子,营养成分比其它植物丰富.其植株含有丰富的植物蛋白、膳食纤维、皂甙、类黄酮和酚醛酸等具有药用价值的生物活性成分,这使紫花苜蓿生物活性成分的工业化开发利用成为热点.

Abstract:Alfalfa is usually used to feed livestock, research in recent years indicated that alfalfa stem and leaf contains over 50 nutrients and unknown growth factors; nutritional elements are richer than other plants. Its plants contain plant protein, food fiber, saponine, generic flavone, phenolic acid etc. , which are bio-active composition and have medical value; it makes the industrial exploitation and utilization of the bio-active composition of alfalfa become the hot-spot. The research progress in several types of bio-active composition of alfalfa is introduced in this paper.
