| 摘 要： | 从甘肃省农业服务外包信息平台建设需要出发，以外包、期货、供应链、电子商务的理论为指导，采用ASP.NET 2.0与C#相结合的方式，用Microsoft SQL Server 2005提供后台数据库支持，设计了B/S结构的可提供用户注册、登录、账户充值、信息发布、发包与接包、现货交易、期货交易、专家信息显示、外包状态查询、外包管理和生产基地展示等功能的甘肃省农业服务外包信息平台。该平台实现了用完全市场化的方式，解决农业发展中农业投资偏少、农业土地资源分散、农产品价格波动带来的销售难及污染严重等问题。
