| 摘 要： | 草业是我国大农业的重要组成部分,也是农业现代化的明显标志.阐述了我国草业在新时期的内涵、功能、指导思想、生产和管理方式,指出了我国草业发展面临的主要矛盾,并提出提高草原综合生产能力,增强草原生态保护能力,提升产业经济发展能力和强化草业支撑保障能力是我国草业当前的主要任务.

| Abstract: | Prataculture is one of major components of agricultural sector and an important indicator of modern agriculture.The main challenge of pratacultural development in China was discussed based on the understanding of its connotation,function,policy and management practices.The four main tasks,including the increasing of comprehensive grassland productivity,improving of ecological services,enhancing of the industrialization,and developing of the research and technology extension,for pratacultural development in future were proposed as well. |
