| 摘 要： | 在动物中提出环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)第二信使概念后,人们在研究中确认了另一种胞内信使--钙离子(Ca2 ),二者共同作用,调节机体的各种生命活动。本文从细胞信息转导途径入手,阐述了细胞信息转导过程中的各种调控因子及相关途径,并对一些疾病的发生发展和Ca2 信息转导的关系做出进一步的论述。
